STAGE 1 ——LANDSCAPE ASSESSMENT & CONCEPT DESIGN

Before any design work begins, we conduct a site assessment to understand the physical and contextual conditions of your outdoor space. This may include measuring dimensions, documenting existing features, checking slope or drainage, and gathering your project goals and preferences.
We then produce a scaled base plan, which becomes the reference for all following design work.

STAGE 2——DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

You’ll receive a concept plan, a moodboard with reference images, and a preliminary plant and material palette. We then meet to discuss your feedback and refine the design accordingly.

STAGE 3 VISUAL COMMUNICATION & RENDERING
Bringing the design to life with visual tools and detail
At this stage, we translate the design concept into realistic 3D visuals or perspective drawings, offering a tangible preview of how your space will look and feel when built. This process is timeintensive, requiring precision in modelling terrain levels, textures, lighting, and material finishes — especially when working with sloped sites, structural
elements, and softscape layering.
Based on your feedback, we refine spatial arrangements, adjust material palettes and planting combinations, and ensure that every design element aligns with your vision and site conditions.
You’ll receive rendered views or 3D model walkthroughs, an updated final layout, and refined material and planting selections.
